Maybelline Cheeky Glow - Peachy Sweetie

Hii friends..
I am back again with another product review and this one again being from our one and only Maybelline that continues to surprise with amazing products at super affordable price range!

Today its going to be the Maybelline Cheeky Glow Blush! *Peachy Sweetie*
Though I am quite late in reviewing about this but never the less I am here..

Product Description:
For cheeks that glow with a natural finish:

  • Ultra light weight, silky, blendable powders.
  • It blends flawlessly for the natural finish.
  • Comes in 3 fresh colors: Creamy Cinnamon, Fresh Coral and Peachy Sweetie.
  • Priced at Rs. 250/- for 7gms

My Experience:
Firstly I am not too much of a makeup person, and this is probably the first blush that I have ever bought in my entire life. The reason why I decided to buy this blush was for its packaging, price and also the great reviews that I was hearing about it everywhere.

So heres the story behind the purchase of this blush: As I was looking for the best place to buy it, online, Maybelline counters, or my local market.. I ended up going to Shoppers Stop and I must admit the SA there was too sweet, coz when I asked him about the offers going on he handed me the super cute mny blush brush which were no where to be found online or any other counter and not only that.. he also gave me the Maybelline heart coin purse which was was eyeing on for the longest time ever!

Now coming to the experience.. I am quite impressed with the quality of this blush as this one being my first one ever I was scared coz I didnt want to look like a clown with bright pink cheeks but oh my my! This blush actually gives very natural pink glow to the cheeks and feels soo light weight as if you've put nothing on.
The shade Peachy Sweetie does contain some amount of minute shimmer particles but I think that just brightens up the face and helps in giving the right amount of glow.
This is the best blush for beginners and its so light on the skin and well as on the pocket, so apt for college going girls.

PROS:
1. Soft and satin textures; which blends like a dream
2. Great for beginners who want to try out new products and experiment with colors.
3. Super affordable
4. Cute Packaging.

CONS:
1. Average Staying power.

Overall Report!
I would give this blush 5/5 for its smooth and creamy texture which blends so amazingly.. Also it is pocket friendly, I am eyeing on the creamy cinnamon shade now, and will be getting that one soon too!
Loved photographing this beauty coz  its soo pretty!
