My experience: 

I have been using this lipbalm for quite sometime now, it has a very smooth feel as you apply it on your lips, Although I don't really have dry lips but it kept my lips moisturised for quite some time... around 3-4 hours, has no color, gives just a bit of shine to your lips not veryyy glossy.
Its not at all sticky, and my lips don't feel heavy after apply this lip balm. Its actually a matte lip balm.
Although it has a very strong smell, but it fades away eventually.

Conclusion:
I would say that if you are looking for a new lip balm to try out,you can give this little one a try coz heyyy, it loooks soo cute.. and instantly catches everybody's attention when applying!
